EasyXLS supports macros, pivot tables and pivot charts for xlsx, xls and xlsb files

Bug fixes:
- xlsx: load shared formulas
- xlsx: load formulas containing union or concatenate range operators
- xlsx, xlsb: read-only images
- hyperlinks with https protocol

- formulas containing local names referred to in other sheets
