EasyXLS supports encoding for CSV, TXT and HTML files

Bug fixes:
- XLS: load encrypted file that contain objects
- XLS: write formulas containing external cell references in UNC path with hard drive letter included
- XLS: write an Excel file containing a print area setup from a deleted sheet
- XLSX: load print area range when R1C1 reference style is set
- XLSX: load print titles when R1C1 reference style is set
- XLSX: load filter and autofilter when R1C1 reference style is set
- XLSX: regional settings issue when saving formulas inside xlsx files
