Possible reason #2: Permission issues
If an EasyXLS license file is present and you still get the error, you might experience some permission problems. Please make sure that your application has the right permissions to read the license.lic file.
In order to give read permissions for all users, right-click on license.lic file, choose Properties, Security tab and add Everyone user with read control or add the user used by your application:
